A couple weeks ago I was visiting a friend who had also been doing the Starting Strength workout. Basically it is a beginners workout for getting strong doing basic barbell exercises. I showed him how I had kept an online log of all of my lifts and was able to chart each lift's progress online. He immediately asked if I could set him up with the same thing. So I spent some time making a multi-user version of what I had already done. Today I'm announcing the launch of Strength Log a free weight lifting workout log and charting tool.
